If the lpo does not service the mailbox this means the property owner or manager is responsible for the maintenance.
If the regular carrier for some reason keeps the keys in the lockers themselves so he doesn t have to deal with it someone may have mixed up the keys and you could have the wrong one in your box.
The ones left outside in the elements often get really stiff and take a bit of force to turn.
Leave a note taped to the outside of the box where the carrier will see it.
